We have designed our rooms so they are are finished to a very high level of comfort and quality. We aim to create a warm and friendly atmosphere where you can relax and chill out.

We have 2 double rooms with queen size beds and 2 double/family rooms which both have 1 queen & 1 single bed.

All of the rooms also have the following:
En-suite bathrooms with a bath and thermostatically controlled shower
Remote control colour TV
Tea and coffee making facilities
Mini bar
Hairdryer
Full length mirror
Many little extras.

The building has been completely rewired and plumbed with lashings of hot water available for all of the rooms. A new heating system has been installed as well as a state of the art smoke detection system. Fire exits are clearly visible throughout the building.

We serve homemade full English Breakfast (there's a vegetarian option available) made with local produce.

If you fancy being pampered there's a complimentary Breakfast in Bed service.

Packed lunches are also available.

For the comfort and safety of our guests, all of our rooms are no smoking rooms.

Rates:
£35 per person per night double or twin occupancy
£40 per person per night single occupancy

Saturday night only stays supplement £5 per person
Children under 5 years old free of charge, 5-16 years old £20 any night .

Because all of our rooms are upstairs (11 steps), they may not be suitable for disabled access.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reserving a room, either verbally or in writing, constitutes a contract in law. Bookings are confirmed by taking a credit or debit card number.  Should you be obliged to cancel your reservation, please try to give as much notice as possible.  We would advise that you take out personal cancellation insurance.  Cancellation notice of over 14 days prior to arrival will not incur any cancellation fee.  Any cancellations between 14 and 3 days will incur a 50% charge; later cancellations and no-shows will result in 100% payment.  Where credit/debit card details have been taken to guarantee the booking, we may debit the cancellation charges as set out above.  If unusually you do not have a credit/debit card, then we will accept deposit cheques (£20 per person).

Please let us know your estimated time of arrival when you book the room(s).  Normal checking in time is between 3.00pm and 6.00pm, however we are usually able to accommodate any earlier/later times of arrival should we know in advance.  Also, let us know whether you would like to park on our courtyard.

Should you require a minimum of 3 consecutive nights, or you need all 4 rooms for a large group of at least 6 people, please contact us regarding special rates.
