The Tearooms & Restaurant are fully licensed and are open from 10am to 5pm every day except Monday and Tuesday.

The Restaurant is open on Saturday evenings from 6.00pm when booking is advisable (other evenings by appointment).

We have a lovely south facing partially covered courtyard for alfresco dining and a real coal fire in winter.

Our emphasis is on good food and wine. Our food is imaginatively prepared using the best of local, seasonal produce. Our strengths are good home cooking at reasonable prices. A wide selection of hot and cold meals are available including our popular full English breakfast, cider battered fish & hand-cut chips and our special roast of the day on Sundays.

Disabled Access

There is disabled access to the lower restaurant and courtyard. There is also a disabled toilet and access to this is through the courtyard. As part of our renovation work we have tried to make the building easier to use for those who have difficulty moving around but please be aware that, due to the age and nature of the building it has a number of steps and corners.
